We use a variety of companies to despatch products including the Post Office, local and national couriers.

Goods are despatched and delivered to most international addresses inside 21 days but orders to the USA and Australia can take up to 28 days.

Personalised items naturally take longer to arrive and we would ask all customers to wait 28 days before reporting non delivery.

Returns Information for RMSTitanic100.com

We hope all customrers will be happy with all items ordered from us. We however give everyone 7 days from receipt of goods to examine these and if not happy return for a refund. Items should be returned unused and with all original packaging. For undamaged goods we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee.
